一款小型化2.45GHz整流天线的设计

为解决整流天线设计复杂、整流效率较低的问题,提出一种新型S波段微波整流天线,利用空气层拓展贴片天线的带宽,将整流电路集成到天线的空气层内,减小了整流天线的尺寸,并研究了天线和整流二极管阻抗匹配的关系。基于该结构,设计了2.45GHz微波贴片整流天线,采用F4B介质板进行加工,整流天线的横截面为70mm×70mm。经实验测量,该新型微波整流天线在天线接收功率为20dBm时,整流效率达到72.4%。该新型整流天线相比传统整流天线具有尺寸小、高射频.直流转换效率的特点,证明了设计的有效性。

In order to facilitate the rectenna design and increase its rectifying efficiency, a novel rectenna at S band is presented in this paper. The bandwidth of patch antenna is broadened with an air gap, so as to integrate the rectifiers into the air gap of antenna, which reduces the size of rectification antenna, and the impedance matching between the rectification diode and antenna is studied. A rectenna at 2.45 GHz is designed based on this structure, and fabricated with F4B substrate. The cross section of rectenna is 70 mm×70 mm. The measured rectifying efficiency reaches 72.4% at 20 dBm input power. This novel rectenna has advantages of compact size, and high RF-DC conversion efficiency. Experiments prove validity of the proposed design method.
