基于电路分析的串并联光伏阵列特性研究

在光伏发电功率优化的设计中,为了解决多照度下串并联光伏阵列的最大功率点跟踪问题,需要建立精确和有效的光伏阵列数学模型。当环境光照由传统的两个照度扩展为N个照度等级,阵列结构由单一的串联阵列扩展为任意数目的时候,采用电路分析方法,对串并联阵列的输出特性进行理论推导和分析。光伏电池采用改进的双二极管模型。串并联阵列中,串联支路内采用电流分析法,并联支路间采用电压分析方法,进行分段函数建模。上述模型适用于任意光照条件下任意结构的光伏阵列的输出特性仿真,并能估计出阵列输出峰值点的个数和分布区间。MATLAB仿真结果证明,上述模型运算精度高,实验结果和理论分析一致,为最大功率点跟踪优化的研究提供了理论依据。
