微机控制直流脉宽调速综合实验装置开发
资料介绍
结合本校的实验教学条件的需求,设计完成了一个计算机控制的直流调速综合实验系统。整个系统以MSP430单片机作为控制器,IGBT为驱动器,220 V/200 W直流电机为控制对象,PC机为上位机。系统核心功能是由单片机控制完成直流电机的双闭环调速,实现了电机的闭环运行和闭环参数测定,以及直流电机双闭环调速的实验。
Combined with the needs of the experimental teaching conditions of the school,a computerized integrated DC speed experiment system was designed.The whole system is controlled by MSP430 MCU,IGBT is the driver,220V/200W DC motor is the control object,and PC is the upper machine.The core function of the system is to complete the double closed-loop speed regulation of the DC motor by the single-chip microcomputer.It can complete the closed-loop operation of the motor and the closed-loop parameter measurement,as well as the double-closed-loop speed regulation of the DC motor.
