给出了插值滤波器的多种实现结构。对非平稳信号(如语音)作谱分析或编码时,对不同的信号段可根据其频率成分的不同而采用不同的抽样率,从而达到既满足抽样定理又最大限度地减少数据量的目的;对信号抽样时,若抽样频率过高,必然会造成数据冗余,反之必然会造成数据丢失,因此希望数字系统工作在多抽样率状态。建立在多抽样率转换理论基础上的多抽样率数字信号处理,已成数字信号处理这一学科中的重要内容,序列的插值是将抽样率增加整数倍最简单的一种方法。

In this paper,various implementation structures of interpolation filter are spectrum analysis or coding of non-stationary signals(such as speech),different sampling rates can be used for different signal segments according to their different frequency components,so as to meet the sampling theorem and minimize the amount of n sampling the signal,if the sampling frequency is too high,it will inevitably cause data redundancy;on the contrary,it will inevitably lead to data refore,it is hoped that the digital system works in the multi-sampling rate ti-sampling rate digital signal processing based on the theory of multi-sampling rate conversion has become an important part of the subject of digital signal processing,while sequence interpolation is the simplest method to increase the sampling rate by an integer multiple.
