一种适用于低频RFID标签的ASK解调电路

提出一种适用于低频RFID标签的ASK包络检波解调电路,包括包络检波电路、低通滤波器、参考电压产生电路、比较器四个部分,其中低通滤波器使用有源器件代替无源电阻和电容,降低版图面积,并且参考电压产生电路采用阈值补偿二极管代替普通二极管和MOS二极管,消除了二极管的导通阈值电压损失。经测试,该电路能适应载波调制深度的动态范围很大,并且有较强的抗干扰能力,能满足低频RFID电子标签接收信号调制深度变化的要求。
An ASK demodulator for low-frequency RFID tag is proposed.It is composed of an envelop detector,a lowpass filter,an average voltage detector and a hysteresis comparator.In order to reduce the layout area,the active MOS devices is used instead of some passive resistors and capacitors in the low-pass filter.AV_(th) compensation diode substitutes for the common diode or diode-connect MOS device in the average voltage detector,as a result that the V_(th) of the diode turning on voltage is eliminated.The test result shows that the demodulator has very big dynamic range of ASK modulation depth and very strong anti-jamming capability,it is competent for the low-frequency RFID transponder.
