基于电源系统信息泄漏问题的EMI滤波器设计

针对实验分析发现的低频电力载波能够穿透EMI滤波器和整流桥,从而使电源系统面临受控威胁,进而泄漏负载设备敏感信息这一问题,结合有源滤波的思想,提出了一种混合滤波的电路拓扑。通过安装在AC-DC变换器的输入端,用以弥补传统无源EMI滤波器在10kHz~150kHz这一低频段插入损耗不足的缺陷,增强电源系统对信息泄漏的防护能力。仿真和传导测试结果表明,该电路在低频段的平均插损达到30dB,对提高电源系统的信息安全具有十分明显的作用。

In view of the problem that the low-frequency power carrier found in the experiment can penetrate EMI filter and rectifier bridge,which makes the power supply system face the controlled threat,and then leaks the sensitive information of load equipment,a hybrid filter circuit topology is proposed based on the idea of the active input installed at the AC-DC converter is adopted to compensate for the insufficient insertion loss in the low frequency band of from 10 kHz to 150 kHz in the traditional passive EMI filter,and enhance the protection capability of power system against information simulation and conduction test results show that the average insertion loss of the circuit in low frequency band reaches 30 dB, which has a very obvious effect on improving the information security of power supply system.
