Aiming at the electromagnetic compatibility problem of the input signal of the engine ECU, the mechanism of several electromagnetic interferences on the vehicle is discussed in depth. By adopting the anti-interference design methods such as filtering,bypassing and decoupling,the anti-interference circuit design of the internal signals of the engine oxygen sensor,the magnetoelectric speed sensor and the knock sensor input ECU is carried out. The ECU input signal anti- interference design meets the relevant requirements of the national standard. At the same time,the engine ECU is tested on the prototype vehicle loading operation. The stable operation indicates that the designed ECU input signal anti-interference circuit meets the electromagnetic compatibility performance requirements.
